Police appeal for witnesses after jewellery stolen in Warnford burglary

 Police in Winchester are appealing for witnesses after jewellery was stolen from a house in Warnford.

Offender(s) broke into the house in Lippen Lane, some time between 7.35am and 3.40pm on September 23, by smashing a front window with a brick.

Once inside they took a variety of jewellery, including –
• A gold charm bracelet
• Two gold chains
• A silver chain with a blue stone
• A pear and silver chain
• Various rings – including a signet ring with the initials ‘PRE’ on it
• Three watches
• A pearl bracelet

PC Craig Robinson said: “I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw a black hatchback car with a tanned man described as in his late 20s in the drivers’ seat.”
