Police appeal for witnesses after jewellery and cash taken in Froxfield burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a house in Cockshott Lane, Froxfield.

Some time between 10am and 1pm on December 9, the offender(s) gained entry to the house and stole a number of items including jewellery, cash and a distinctive ivory Buddha ornament.

PC Amy Smith said: “This a very rural location and the offender(s) are very likely to have had a vehicle.

“I would particularly like to speak to the driver of a small red van which was seen in the area at the time.”
