Police are appealing for witnesses after a house in Up Somborne was burgled and several high-value items taken.
Between 11am and 9.15pm on Saturday, November 26, offender(s) smashed a ground floor window to gain access to the house. A number of electrical items were stolen along with a selection of jewellery.
Among the items stolen were an Apple iMac computer, a Sony 32ins flatscreen TV, a Wii console and a gold bracelet watch.
PC Steve Jakes said: “This is a very rural area so someone may have noticed something suspicious on Saturday.
“I would like to take this opportunity to remind people to keep their property secure and to be vigilant and to report anything unusual.”
