Police are appealing for witnesses and information after four vintage scooters were stolen from a garage in Hook. It happened at Kiln Gardens, Hartley Wintney sometime overnight between 11 and 12 January.
The four vintage scooters are valued at £13,500 and are rare.
PC Simon Campbell who is investigating said: “The scooters are very distinctive and are likely to have been stolen to order.
“I’d appeal to anyone who has seen these scooters to get in contact with us-have you been offered them for sale?”
The scooters are pictured and are as follows:
1. Gold, Lambretta LI special.1996 model, registration JTR 2460, It has six red airhorns and two folding stadium mirrors; valued at £4000.
2. White Vespa GS 160, 1964 model, registration BDX 303B. American non-battery operated ( no ignition).This model is rare in the UK; valued at £4500.
3. Black Vespa 1964 GS , registration EBY 445B. The colour is unusual for this particular model; valued at £3500
4. Pastel green Vespa Sprint, 1967; registration NAL 272E.Trapezoid headlight, valued at £1500.
