Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a youth was seen to expose himself in Maunsell Way, Hedge End.
At around 2pm on Thursday, August 20, a woman was walking down the road when she saw a youth who was riding a bicycle whilst both exposing and touching his genitalia.
The youth is described as:
- White
- Male
- Around 14 years old
- Mid brown hair, which is reasonable long and can be seen curling upwards from under his cycle helmet
- Wearing black tracksuit bottoms, black trainers, and a blue cycle helmet
- Riding a mountain bike
PC Stuart Tribbeck said, “We believe this is the same person who has been committing similar offences in the Hedge End area. This behaviour is a serious concern and we are keen to identify this youth as soon as possible to address his actions.”
