Operation Lockram – Police appeal for witnesses after Cosham crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was involved in a crash in Western Road, Cosham and is now in a serious condition in hospital.

Shortly before 12.30pm on Friday, October 15, police received reports of a silver Vauxhall Zafira in a bush with a man in the driver’s seat complaining of chest pain.

The 44-year-old man from Porchester was freed from his car by Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and was taken to Queen Alexandra hospital for treatment by South Central Ambulance Service.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the car prior to the incident or the incident itself to contact them.
