Men charged after robbery in Southampton

Two men have been charged after an incident in Northam, Southampton on Tuesday, September 6.
A 22-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were walking on Northam Road when they were approached by a group, and their money, mobile phones and a bag were stolen.
Jamil Farooq, 20, of Edelvale Road, Southampton, was charged with robbery and possessing an imitation firearm. Fraidoon Hamidy, 19, of Waterhouse Lane, Southampton, was charged with robbery.
Both men will appear at Southampton magistrates court this morning.
