A man has been charged following the rape of a woman in Portsmouth on Saturday March 28.
It follows an attack on a 44-year-old which occurred in Malins Road, Fratton between 1 and 2am.
Mark Robert Williams, 25 of Cairo Terrace, Fratton, Portsmouth, is additionally charged with an attempted rape of a woman in Clydebank Road, Portsmouth on June 28.
He is due before city magistrates on March 31.
