Published:
03/09/2009
Detectives investigating a report of fraud by false representation at St Mary’s Treatment Centre, Portsmouth and Spire Hospital in Southampton have charged a man.
Police were contacted by NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service in March 2009. This followed an internal investigation by Care UK, a company contracted to run the treatment centre in Portsmouth by the NHS.
35-year-old Greig William Ferguson of Rope Quays, Gosport, has been charged with two counts of making false representation and one count of theft.
He will appear before South East Hants Magistrates court on September 8.
