Police are asking anyone with information to come forward after a burglary at a house in Portsmouth on Monday, February 15.
Between 2.30pm and 7.30pm the house in Kirby Road was unoccupied, and the back door was forced open to allow entry.
Two laptops and around fifty music CDs were stolen, along with two DVDs. Also taken were four diamond rings and a set of crystal earrings.
PC Michael Nol said, “This has been very distressing for the home owners, particularly because of the jewellery stolen. These items were of great sentimental value and cannot be replaced. If anyone has any information which may help our investigation, I would urge them to contact police as soon as possible.”
