Detectives from Southampton Area CID have charged a man following a stabbing.
William John Kernaghan, 23 of Coleman Street, St Mary’s Southampton has been charged with:
Attempted murder
Assault
Possession of an offensive weapon
Criminal damage
He will appear before Southampton Magistrates tomorrow, Monday November 7.
It follows an incident at a house in Cunningham Crescent, Sholing on Thursday, November 3.
A 25-year-old man was stabbed several times with a sharp implement. The man is in a stable condition at Southampton General Hospital.
