Detectives charge second man following death of a man in Portsmouth

Detectives from Hampshire Constabulary’s Major Crime Department have charged a second man following the death of Kyle Bartlett. Mark Clarke, aged 21 of Finch Road, Southsea, has been charged with murder.

He will appear before Portsmouth Magistrates on Saturday May 9.

A total of six men have been arrested in connection with this enquiry. Ben Scott, aged 21, from Revenge Close in Southsea, has also been charged with murder and appeared before Portsmouth magistrates earlier today.

A man in his 20s from Kent remains under arrest and is still being questioned by officers.

A 21 year old man from Manchester has been released on bail.

Two men were released without charge.
