Detectives charge man following death of a man in Portsmouth

Detectives from Hampshire Constabulary’s Major Crime Department have charged a man following the death of Kyle Bartlett.
Ben Scott, aged 21, from Revenge Close in Southsea, has been charged with murder. He has been remanded in custody and will appear before Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Friday, May 8.
