The teenager, from Basingstoke, was walking to school on February 9 when she was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Passat.
She sustained multiple fractures and serious head injuries and was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxfordshire by Surrey Air Ambulance.
She died yesterday evening (Feb21) with her family at her side.
