Burglars used a granite stone bird bath to gain entry to a property in Goodworth Clatford on Monday, October 13.

The burglars smashed their way into the property which sits back from the main road, sometime between 11am and 1pm. The bird bath was thrown through the front door.

Although the intruder alarm was activated, a search was carried out but it is not thought that anything was stolen.

A neighbour saw a red or maroon flat bed truck containing two white men go onto the driveway.  It then left and returnd a short while later.

Investigating officers are keen to trace these two men and are appealing for information from anyone who saw them in the Goodworth Clatford area or knows who they are.
