Detectives investigating the murder of Brett Carpenter have made another arrest in connection with the incident.
On the morning of Thursday, November 13 a 35-year-old woman from Portsmouth was arrested on suspicion of Assisting an Offender and is currently in custody helping police with their enquiries.
A 38-year-old man from Portsmouth who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday, November 12, has been released on bail until January 13, 2009.
A 32-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Tuesday, November 11 remains in custody.
