- Plodcast 6: Hate Crime Stamp It Out Disibility Awareness Event
Ian Sainsbury went along to the Hexagon centre in Chandlers Ford to find out more about a Disability Awareness event being held by the police to help stamp out hate Crime. The event was being run by Hampshire Constabulary with support from local partners like the council and local housing associations. The main aim for the police officers and staff running the event was to make it a fun day for those with disabilities who came along and to make sure they realise, what they can do and the help they can get, if the suffer from hate crime or any other sort of crime. It was a popular event and Ian went on a mission to find out more....

- Plodcast 5: Reducing crime in Cowes on the Isle of Wight
Isle of Wight OCU Corporate Communications Manager Duncan Smith looks at the actions and achievements of police working with the community on the island to reduce crime. In this plodcast, Inspector Paul Savill is interviewed by Isle of Wight Radio's Head of News Michael Coombes about falling crime levels in Cowes in 2009.

- Plodcast 4: The SKAA - Southampton Kids Alcohol Awareness event.
In the first episode of series 2 of our Plodcasts Ian Sainsbury goes along to the first SKAA - Southampton Kids Alcohol Awareness event in Southampton. The police led multi-agency project aims to educate youngsters aged 11-16 in a fun and informative way about the dangers and problems with excessive drinking. Ian went along to find out more and did his best to try and look 'cool' at the evening neon music party event! He succeeded in making this Plodcast but failed miserably at the being 'cool' bit!.

- Plodcast 3: Hotel Watch
Ian Sainsbury finds out about the launch of Hotel Watch in Portsmouth. First there was Neighbourhood Watch but now in Portsmouth there is Hotel Watch. Ian Sainsbury went along to the launch to find out more about it and the plans for the scheme which could see it eventually roll out across not only the city but the rest of Hampshire in the UK.

- Plodcast 2: Front Office Design Competition
In the second Plodcast, Ian Sainsbury finds out more about the Police Station Front Office Design Competition that has been running in Portsmouth. Interior Design students from the local Higher education establishments have entered their designs and an awards night was held at Spinnaker Tower. The winners ideas could be used as to change the way police station front offices (receptions) across Hampshire are designed to make them more welcoming and citizen focused.
