The Safer Neighbourhoods Team for North Fleet, which covers Elvetham Heath, Ancells Farm and Fleet Services consists of:
PC Dan Lehec, PCSO Kat Coutts and PCSO Bill Evans.

We are based out of Fleet Police Station.
Locally, we work with your community to find out what matters most where you live. We will work with you and our partner agencies to agree the main priorities for the area and how we will work together to tackle them.
The priorities in North Fleet are:
- Tackle anti-social behaviour on Elvetham Heath
These are the priorities that people in your local area have agreed with the Safer Neighbourhoods team. You can influence these priorities by contacting your team, attending a meeting or speaking to members of the team when you see them out and about.
Actions we have taken in relation to your priorities
You said: Tackle anti-social behaviour on Elvetham Heath
We did:
The main problem area appears to be the green area - youths are using trees around the perimeter as goalposts and balls are therefore coming through the trees and hitting properties. Also, individuals are still gathering under the bridge in Falcomer Road during the night and very early hours of the morning and are know to be rowdy.
Individuals are currently running off when they see police so details are not being taken. We are currently in discussions with the parish council to make an environmental change such as planting prickly bushes in the area.
Offenders brought to justice
To be updated soon.
If you can help bring offenders to justice, or have any information regarding drug use or supply then you can contact us or the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111. We have also been successful in seizing five vehicles on the beat.
No Cold Calling
The latest zone to be put in place is Shire Avenue, Ancells Farm. Further zones are in place at Chineham Close on Elvetham Heath and in Oasthouse Drive on Ancells Farm.
No Cold Calling Zones have been set up by Hampshire Trading Standards and Hampshire Constabulary. This is in conjunction with other partners to empower residents to say 'no' to people going door to door.
The scheme does not make it illegal to cold call but by educating residents about cold callers and it gives them the confidence to say 'no'.
Youth Services
The youth café at the Church on the Heath has extended and there is now a Friday night session at Elvetham Heath Community Centre. It is open between 7pm and 9pm offering entertainment for teenagers of all ages. This group is often visited by your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team.
How you can take action
Beat Surgeries
This is an opportunity for residents to come and discuss any concerns or quality of life issues they have in order that the team can make efforts to address them. Come and tell us what is important to you in your neighbourhood, and play your part in setting local priorities.
Come along to one of our beat surgeries to tell us what you like to see the Safer Neighbourhoods team working on. They are a great chance for us to get to know the local community too. I hope residents will take advantage of this opportunity to discuss issues they may need our help with.
