Inspector David Winter has overarching responsibility for the delivery of Safer Neighbourhoods within Basingstoke Town - North, South and the town centre.

Sgt Paul Markham and his team covers the northern area of the town, around the hospital, Popley and Chineham areas, while A/Sgt Sarah Stokes and his team cover the southern area around Buckskin, Brighton Hill and Hatch Warren.
