Exceptions:
- Carry for sporting purposes (but not used).
- Member of Cadet Corps, Rifle Club, Miniature Rifle Club (engaged as a member of the Corps/Club in connection with drill/target practice).
- Range not exceeding .23 calibre (shooting galleries).
- Supervisor 21 or over.
- Gun cover - cannot fire.
