Please note that two copies of the reference form will be required per application for the grant or renewal of a Firearm Certificate. This is not required when applying for a Shotgun Certificate, or for a variation to a Firearm Certificate.

Also attached below is an application form that is to be used where the intended use of a firearm is for the destruction of vermin or deer. This should be completed by the landowner or person who owns the shooting rights for the land to be shot over by the applicant.
