Assistant Chief Constable Laura Nicholson joined Hampshire Constabulary on June 15, 2009, with responsibility for the delivery of policing across the force's six geographical operation command units and the Call Management Department.

Assistant Chief Constable Steve Dann joined Hampshire Constabulary on June 15, 2009, taking responsibility for the Personnel and Operational Services portfolio containing the Operations Operational Command Unit.
