Behind Bars is a webpage created by Hampshire Constabulary to inform the public of crown court convictions and sentences of 12 months or over.

Cases in which publication is likely to upset or cause harm to the victim or place the offender's family at risk, or in which the offender themselves is deemed vulnerable, will not be published.

This information is made available for a limited period in order to promote the openness, transparency and accountability of the criminal justice system to the people it serves.

This information is made available solely on the basis that it is for the individual use of the person who has accessed this page.

The information on this page must not be stored, recorded, republished, or otherwise processed without the explicit agreement of Hampshire Constabulary.

Media are reminded that in order to obtain a photograph for publication, a photo release form must be submitted to the constabulary's Corporate Communications team as per the usual procedure.
